The most precious people in this world is ourselves, which is why we should treat ourselves well.
If you complain about life and harbor hatred toward others, it is the same as harassing yourself because those negative emotions will cause you to suffer. Loving others will bring joy to your mind and no one else’s. Understanding others will bring peace to your mind and no one else’s.
