Q: Regarding the belief that thoughts become things and that our subconscious mind controls 95% of our actions, how does one go about cleansing our thoughts and really being able to take out the negative patterns that we may have in terms of our thought processes to essentially manifest positive outcomes? And second part of that question, as far as being able to quiet the mind, when it comes to society so much addicted to caffeine to wake up in the morning, pills to go sleep at night, how does one quiet the mind? Specific exercises? Be it mediation or reading to really get a good rest?
