When We Cultivate a Tranquil Mind…

March 23, 2021
When We Cultivate a Tranquil Mind…

Our behaviors are influenced by our emotions. When we are in a good mood, everything seems fine.

When we are in a bad mood, everything appears wrong. The problem is our mood isn’t based on anything real.

It is nothing more than the outcome of the internal software programmed in us which is our karma.

This is why you shouldn’t blindly follow your mood. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t feel good or bad about something.

It simply means you shouldn’t let your emotion dictate your behavior.

When we cultivate a tranquil mind, it becomes easy to discern if our emotional behavior will result in benefits or losses.

Viewing our emotions with equanimity will prevent later regrets.

Wisdom For You

I am very indecisive. How can I be more decisive?

You can make any decision easily as long as you are willing to accept the consequences of your action.
