Whether uphill or downhill, it is the same mountain trail.
Happiness lies in the process. Regardless of our success or failure, each day adds up to our life.

How can I control my anger?
It isn’t easy to consciously control it, because anger is rooted in our unconscious. Instead of trying to control it, it’s more helpful to recognize our anger when it rises within us, a simple recognition of the fact that, “Oh, I’m getting angry.” The minute you notice your anger, it will stop growing.
