When spring comes…

May 3, 2022
When spring comes…

When spring comes, new leaves sprout.

People meet and break up.
Breaking up may not be your choice, but
when you meet someone new,
you will live apart.
Breaking up gives you a chance to meet someone new.

Breaking up is painful.
That’s because
you believe you cannot live
without the other person, but that isn’t because of breakup itself.

When spring comes, new leaves sprout.
When autumn comes, the leaves fall off.
That’s what life is all about.

When you know that
you may feel a lot better.

Wisdom For You

Do you regret some of your past actions?

Regret is rooted in self-blame.
Regret is an emotion that arises when you don’t understand yourself.
It’s foolish to blame yourself and feel regret for what has already happened.
Instead, view it with a light heart and accept it was simply a mistake.
Vow that you won’t make that same mistake again and then move on.
