Practice For Happiness

What are you doing
to grow your own happiness?

Are you doing something for your happiness
the same way you take care of your body?
Many people are physically healthy
but are still suffering. Why is that?

When you are physically ill,
you get medical treatment.
That same way, is there a medicine
that can treat a disease of the mind?

Yes and it’s called self-awareness.
A disease of the mind cannot be cured
if you don’t recognize
you’re suffering from it.

You, yourself,
need to notice your condition
and start practicing consistently.
Such practice is like constantly dripping water
that wears away stone.
That’s how you can grow
your own happiness.
