As the students of Jungto Dharma School, you will not only study Buddhist doctrines (the Buddha’s core teachings) but also gain practical wisdom that helps you resolve various problems in your lives. Additionally, you will practice applying the teachings to your daily lives.

Watching the assigned Dharma talks and reading the textbook individually at one’s own pace before weekly group meeting

Putting the teachings into practice in one’s daily life and sharing the experience with the other group members

Learn How to Apply the Buddha’s Wisdom to Your Own Life

[Sharing in a Group] Sharing is a unique way of creating a collaborative learning environment. The participants will reflect on themselves while speaking about their own experiences and listening to other peoples’ insights, which deepens their understanding of the course materials.

[Weekly Practice Exercise] Students will be given a task each week that will encourage them to apply the Buddha’s wisdom to their daily lives.
