Jungto Society invites you to Livestream Sunday Meditation with Ven. Pomnyun Sunim (법륜스님)on YouTube. It begins with a Q&A session followed by meditation about 30 to 40 minutes.
All graduates of Jungto Dharma School I and II are welcome to participate in the online Sunday meditation session every week via Google Meet or Zoom.

How can I control my anger?
It isn’t easy to consciously control it, because anger is rooted in our unconscious. Instead of trying to control it, it’s more helpful to recognize our anger when it rises within us, a simple recognition of the fact that, “Oh, I’m getting angry.” The minute you notice your anger, it will stop growing.
