When you’re content and happy, more happy events will follow. If you complain and are unhappy, more hardships will come.
Hope you cultivate your happiness with a generous heart on this Hangawi (Korean Thanksgiving Day).

Jungto Society is a community of Buddhist practitioners who seek to free themselves of suffering in their daily lives and to make the world a better place.
How can I control my anger?
It isn’t easy to consciously control it, because anger is rooted in our unconscious. Instead of trying to control it, it’s more helpful to recognize our anger when it rises within us, a simple recognition of the fact that, “Oh, I’m getting angry.” The minute you notice your anger, it will stop growing.
