Q: I have asked several times to those who understand Buddhism. It seems that the Buddhists stress not having desires. Not caring about outcomes, and yet they stress compassion as well. So this seems in conflict with Western Christianity where the compassion is supposed to spring out of caring, out of wanting a certain income.
