Available in Korean (On-site retreats are suspended until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.)

With the help of Dharma teachers, you will be guided to look deep into your mind so that you are able to better understand yourself and others.

This 5-day program introduces you to the path to true happiness and freedom by offering an opportunity to reflect upon yourself and begin the journey to taking ownership of your life.

The 5-day program facilitates self-love and peaceful relationships. It helps you observe your mind and take a step toward understanding other people’s minds as well. Eventually, you learn to rid yourself of pent-up negative emotions, including resentment towards others, and become a less selfish and more understanding person.

The Vipassana meditation practice focuses on mindfulness of the body, sensation, mind, and the Dharma. By engaging in the Vipassana meditation, we calm the mind and concentrate on the tip of the nose and focus on the breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils. When we lose track of the breath, we simply return to it. Through meditation, you can free yourself from attachment to all external objects and attain inner peace.
